You are right YB, when i refer to the "PO", i am taking the piss at its historic use. We are as you say moving at pace, there are huge steps to surmount, however, one gets the feeling that everything is falling into place.
Middle Arm EIS is a make or break step and there have been times when i doubted it was achievable. I now believe it is very achievable.
