Those that accepted would be the ones that recognise the quality of the asset parcel Tivan has and its need to have the cash to survive while development capital is secured. The alternative is that the whole company fails and someone else gets the assets dirt cheap and develops them accordingly - at the cost of ALL current Tivan shareholders.
