I'm travelling overseas at the moment so have had the luxury of distraction this past week and haven't been following closely.

This morning I had the pleasure of catching Grants Zoom call as I took my morning tea and marmite on toast.

I totally get people being anxious this past week, the suspension was different and out of the blue, but what a result!

I must admit that I am used to my small cap miners doing run of the mill cap raises to flippers for a margin. Never have I seen a minnow like TVN use a sophisticated instrument such as this to Tier 1 player like L1.

The devil is in the details, in this case that's at Appendix A. This doesn't appear to be discussed or well understood but look at the conversion price of the notes! it's basically a 7% discount on the SP of the day up to 18 months in the future capped at $0.10.

This is a masterstroke! We need certainty of funding NOW but have that but have also managed to lock in an exercise price potentially close to double the current SP! Great result for managing and preventing dilution.

With the Flourite PFS and resource extension along with news flow from the Lead drilling program along with whatever else we may find at Sandover I have no doubt that the SP will be significantly higher in 6-18 months time.

The commitment from Anthony and Grant to pony up $100K of their own hard earned $ gives me further reason to be optimistic.
