Today and yesterday is pretty good news in that it basically says "there is a bit of a delay but all is going well". The delay problem appears to have been read by the market as "no progress on the TIVAN or finance or the binding agreements issues" so the SP has not moved. There may be a bit more news before Christmas, perhaps at the AGM (which I am hoping to attend), but it will not be confirming the critical issues. I suspect that the SP will start to drift down again even though the announcements appear (to me at least) to have de-risked the whole process quite a bit.
