I'm surprised the market has reacted as strongly as it has. They are saying they hope the lining will hold. If not they have to shut cool down and re-line and re-heat bed in etc. Do people only hear what they want to hear?
Conversely, if they have a spare lining and decided to re- start without a partial reline. You'd have to back their judgment.
No simple answers and boy do speculators make judgments.
