Conversely, if they have a spare lining and decided to re- start without a partial reline. You'd have to back their judgment.
No simple answers and boy do speculators make judgments.

Hi arsenic, it is surprising to see it run hard, but it had halved, on news that probably warranted a 10% drop. Basiclly trading on momentum, and given china's property prices have been soaring, i think the momentum trade has legs
