I might be wrong but if you look at the document it seems to infer that stocks were registered to Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. I had a look at Stockman's top 100 shorted stocks today and HAS has dropped off the list for now. The rebalancing of ASX200 has also negatively impacted the stock from my understanding as funds divert their interest away from the company once it is off the ASX200 list. It's fair to say, lots of bad news and I can't imagine any positivity bias when share price has basically sunk like an lead pipe to the depths of the Titanic.
