Probably just got lost. A lot of investors I talk to these days are looking for pie in the sky stuff, get rich quick. That promise of a huge elusive contract!

Not many want a good steady growth stock. Just mirrors the current climate and thinking in the world unfortunately. These stocks will catch up in time when all those hype type investors/traders are weeded out.

The main brokers in this stock need to stand up though and promote this stock. Sometimes they are too caught up in all the hype stuff as well.
