Per last dividend, the buy backs commenced quite some time after went Ex Dividend, thus I do not expect buy backs to resume any time soon lets say early April
TLS are not obliged to continue with the buy backs anyhow - but I expect they will buy more back - perhaps not all they can though and instead leave a few hundred $M up there're sleeve.
