Did I miss something in the notes or has tls cancelled the 49% sale of infraco.?
So many posted positive about the sale.
I posted many times times i agree with the sale for strategic reasons .
But always in same post i suggested tls must replace the revenue or the tls sp would collapse.
imo the tls board does not feel they r capable of making a solid acquisition/s to confidently replace the revenus which imo is sad because imo there a plenty of acquisition opportunities due to developing connectivity technologies.

That FCF figure is getting scary.
And does anyone take any notice of tls EPS anymore with tls.? Tls EPS .167 cents Div .17 cents ?.100% plus payout ratio.

A headline from the Australian 'tls lifts dividend as profit soars $2b'.
An eagle soars,TLS eps is not soaring,,couldn't even be described as pace growing from turkey to bush turkey speed..

Market waiting for transition,imo the market is waiting for a new board so this turkey can start flying..
Otherwise just best to roast it for xmas imo only.
Now that the nbn headwinds r subsiding that we were never told of imo there r strong headwinds developing as posted.
