brilliant.
cdm mysteriously find out that about 1/3 of cdms tmc shares are not in fact escrowed for 6 months! ... but only after the price of TMC has already dumped!!
tmc was ~18% of cdm pre dump, we were told.
and what's this 'approx 1/3' bs anyway, these things are usually very well defined and specified and stated.
so what nos shares, and what are the 'new' t&c's??
all very odd.
