    I did some digging too.
    PetroChina Daqing Tamsag LLC (a subsidiary of CNPC) was founded in 2005 after PetroChina bought the mining rights from British O&G SOCO for the Tamsag basin blocks 19,21,22, for us$93mil.
    I couldn't find more information about these blocks in terms of proximity to TMK's land. Trying to understand what attracts CNPC.
    Tomorrow we will find out more.
