I also feel a CR is forthcoming and have opted out for now..I feel your nervousness is totally warranted..

With money hard too come by in this new financial world they would be most foolish to wait and attempt a CR close to running out..

Better option is go in earily and catch the market by surprise as it fairs well to lesson the desperation aspect often equating to a better price hence less dilution to existing holders if able to pull it off earily..

Just my thoughts and could answer the question for some as to why the shareprice is not advancing upwards..

Never forget it foolish to disregard the opposite side to one's own thinking when investing slash trading..respect can be used as a capital protection tool if one chooses to let it..
