1 March 2022 - Drilling commences Gurvantes Stage 1

15 August 2022 - FID for Walyering accepted - it's all go !!!
26 September 2022 - Commencement date for TPD 90 days period to proceed with Stage 2 Gurvantes
9 October 2022 - Drilling completed Gurvantes Stage 1
31 October 2022 - Target date for completion of Contingent Resource Assessment
24 December 2022 - End date of 90 day period for TPD to commit stage 2 Gurvantes
December 2022 - EXR pilot program successful gas to surface?
11 February 2023 - MOU with PetroChina for Gurvantes expires
October/December 2022 - Walyering plant construction and gas marketing news

With completion of Stage 1 and pursuant to the 2 Stage farmout agreement with Talon Energy. The initial drilling obligation under Stage 1 is now complete.
Following a formal election by TPD to proceed, the next stage of the farmout agreement consists of a commitment by TPD to fund 100% of the next US$3.15m which is budgeted towards the pilot production well program, after which it will have earnt a 33% interest in the project.
The Managing Director of TPD, along with representatives from TMK, have recently returned from a field visit to Mongolia and the project area.
Prior to and irrespective of any formal election from TPD with respect to the next stage of the farmout agreement, TMK has elected to fast track the planning and design process of the pilot well program.
Maybe a joint initiative, or a bit of pressure from TMK?

Needless to say, interesting period ahead, big factors are:
- Contingent Resource
- When does TPD seal the deal
- Commencement of pilot project, or has it already started?
- EXR gas to surface (big indicator for Gurvantes)
- PetroChina MOU expiration will be prior to pilot program completion
Not to worried about the todays, because the tomorrows look fantastic.
