cash towards 5mil is not so clear to me...
from the 900K they say they received 500K already, when was that, sounds to me like that was prepay for something else and got moulded into a buy of the business...
the remaining 400K to be paid out over 14 months... at the same time they have a profit share agreement for max of 6mil over next 3 years...
sounds to me they throw around big numbers but exchange small numbers... hope that kind of word play doesn't continue...
