Agree Kyla. A decent deal overall. Its a shame that we sold it at the bottom of the market more or less and as you mention there is some risk with the profit share arrangement but the retention of some ownership, deals for nxus and trafficguard removal of costs probably makes the deal a win overall.

Obviously the best case scenario would have been to find a successful fix for the supply side issues ourselves given the demand we were recieving for ad placements and use earnings from that business to fund the SAAS strategy in the short medium term. This outcome is probably next best thing given the higher margin SAAS model was definitely the best way to go long term.
