    retaining a 10% interest in Mpire Network is folly. ClearPier will just shuffle all the existing clients from Mpire into ClearPier and there will be no profit. Blind Freddy can see this. They should have negotiated a 5% -10% stake in ClearPier instead.

    People forget that Mpire Network made at least $1.5m profit in the March 2017 quarter and we were a market cap of $30m before all this rubbish about TrafficGuard.
