I assume (hope) that there would be clauses in the deal that restricts this type of activity but you make a good point that this needs to be clarified.

Agree with you on the profit that the Mpire network could make but it seems (like most other PM companies) much of that was bots not real users. I think with the right supply sources it could perform much closer to that performance but for one reason or another TMP couldnt make it happen. It would have been ideal if TMP could have turned it around but at least this should lower costs and give us some upside for the legacy (assuming that the scenario you outlined above doesnt play out).
