I reckon they will worm their way out of it using one of the clauses in prospectus.
i think BOD made up of Bull & his team will at least give shareholders a chance to understand wtf just happened and what worth lies (lies lol)in the assets. I also reckon he would flick management.
that might give this a chance, but reality is unfortunately I reckon previous BODs poor governance and terrible management from JB who remains has killed this one.
i hope i am wrong but I guess many feel the same way based on participation in CR.
