Time will tell. The Macro situation for oil and shale oil in particular aside, I can tell you I know IL personally. I have no insider knowledge, I'd never ask and he has far too much integrity to tell me even if I did. I know it's not a marks for effort game but I haven't met a finer Engineer, businessman with huge intellect and great humility. If this team can't make it work then no-one can. Good luck !
