Yes 15c is perhaps optimistic, but this business is full of unknowns and pitfalls.
Just look at the once "sure bet" offshore world!
Oil is most certainly on the decline and I seriously doubt we'll ever see it over $100 again (hope to, but.... nah..) and you don't want to risk paying too much if a recession comes, followed by new 'green' directions the world over, and a sudden explosion of electric cars (sorry Tesla - hahaha) and busses and trucks! If that happened, small oil unprofitable (@ $30bbl) stocks, would be roasted.
