You see.... I didn't actually at any point say that oil USE was declining at all. I know exactly what is going on use-wise, as I trade this stuff... actual product - not just equities.

I said that oil is declining (as a hot trading 'thing') and I believe that it will continue to as some of the 'greenie save-the-world' type funds ditch it like they've ditched other things. It's not the 'sneeze and win' thing that it was once. My current oil dealings will very possibly be my last unless something really changes strongly. I agree with Minim Cove that the US has been a good thing supply wise... but it and others (like all the gas guys popping up in every country) are a very bad thing for oil (and oil equities) for the very reason he says..... increased supply is all over the place and easily ramped up on demand so unless there is a major (major) geopolitical 'problem', we won't ever again see oil much about $70 or so. Also the current economical cycle seems to be over and the coming down-turn could well be long (but not a fall off the cliff), so demand will be easily met by plentiful supply all over the planet. Oil's now like opinions.... everybody has a F...... blah blah blah.....
