I believe the report was a fair assessment of where ELS and the AV Auto market are at present. The valuation of $2.60 does not represent fair value for the company however, as the report only factors in one aspect of ELS technology.
It needs to be remembered that ELS has other clients and projects, including drone security, Hikvision and the medical field kit. Any one of these alone can propel ELS sp higher than the $2.60 being given.
I believe a longer term assessment would put this company at much higher than current price and certainly well ahead of $2.60. However as with any share purchase, one needs to have the right strategy.
