everything you guys say is true. I’m just pointing out that anyone that wanted to “invest” in AVL has the opportunity to take the arb. Calling a CR while half your shareholders can’t trade would be an absolute dog move and I would hope that it wasn’t even legal but I don’t know.
in the event of a CR for AVL at any point (unlikely soon I reckon given all the cash coming over from TMT) then not many get a chance to get out anyhow before the SP trades at the CR price or close to. Same as always.
