The other thing to remember is that the takeover was only ratified today in the courts.

AVL were unable to apply for a name change on the TMT application until court approval.

The initial 6 week review is up, so 6 weeks for the minister to review and sign, and 3 weeks for name change (I checked by calling the WA EPA in person) so should be no more than 9 weeks until EPA / NT sign-off.

There is no way this app falls over with RCF driving it - don't forget as late as mid Nov the ERD was getting reviewed to update the NT agreement (all revision dates and annotations are on the referral docs if you look hard enough )

Lets hope the instos don't have any surprises up their sleeve while we are in 7 day trading hiatus!
