was hoping for a faster payback, but they have set the price below current market rates so a degree of conservatism there. NPV and IRR way higher then I expected, didn't realising this thing was going to do so much revenue. Given PFS focused on only a small sub set of the resource and is pre-optimisation etc, all in all pretty damn goos result IMP and confirms we are well undervalued for now
