Not sure many investors appreciate the scale of the opportunity on offer here in terms of upside should Jason Ward's hunch be correct that BRX is onto a highly fertile porphyry/epithermal system at TMT.

Ward's willingness to take stock in preference to $780k worth of cash is impressive and a powerful statement of conviction. Add his CV to this conviction and you (should) immediately have good reason to sit up and take notice of the potential he must be seeing.
