@RhysT - I agree with your assesment of the scheme booklet that the message they are trying to paint of TMT is that it needs rescuing etc., so justifying a very low offer. Let's face it, AVL are trying to perpetrate a hostile takeover of TMT, a grab for our assets, and corporate control over them. I don't see any increased T/O offer as being significant. Any subsequent offer will most likely be an incremental one, and still a very long way below a fair valuation for TMT's assets. In maybe 6 months, TMT will have full EPA approved, and Vanadium prices will be on a rising curve, so will be a much stronger place to negotiate from.
