prob speak for most when we can't be bothered to read all ur posts, is the gist of what ur saying is Matt Walker shouldn't want fair value cause he got in cheap and he's being greedy? sort of like asking a boomer to accept a low ball bid for the house cause they got it for peanuts.
the deal is not fair for TMT shareholders what you pay for ur shares is irrelevant.
