He's been working on this for yonks - still banging the drum for investors money and knowing this was coming - whilst telling everyone he met absolutely nothing.

He's got to know he's burnt all his bridges, and I'd imagine getting this done would ensure a happy farewell bonus.

He's cooked, and he knows it.

How can anyone trust him going forward after this stunt?

The IP continuing love-in from some just share-holders baffles me (not you mate).

I'd be delighted if, as part of any development to come to an acceptable offer to agree to the takeover, that most of the board get tossed.

Outside of Jo Gaines, they have all got blood on their hands.

I know that I'm not alone in this view, far from it.
