Well that was a great waste of time.

It was sad to see Ian speaking 100% to the script justifying the merger decision.

The decision has been made, the scheme booklet issued. What purpose did they possibly think this webinar would achieve.

Anyway, an improved offer will come. Justified by the independent report which gives Avl an excuse & the ability to save face a bit.

The merger will go through & TMT will continue on just with a name badge change to avl (in small letters).
