I don’t need to discredit ‘an argument’ where you present part of the facts. This is ‘green’ rather than mature debate!.

I do hold a few shares in AVL - all bought this year - but unfortunately my largest vanadium investment - and by a long way is in TMT .
I have a large investment in this company however I won’t appear on the Top 20 list because that investment is across four portfolios.
It is the size of my investment that keeps me here Lewis.
It is money I wish to protect and nurture, and if it brings me profit I will be surprised and delighted.

And no I don’t think 12 - 1 is a “good deal”.
But I think it is a reasonable deal.

I agree with the expert and with management that it offers the best way forward for TMT and
-seeing as RCF (who is way more underwater than I amj is prepared to accept it,
- seeing as I have experience of Graham Arvidson, through Primero and have heard Tier One management elsewhere saying he is ‘one to watch’.
- and seeing as my recent research gives me no confidence in the only no voter, SPC: whose vote actually so far counts in this situation

I want my vanadium investment to move forward under AVL control.
