Shrubberies aside, I agree with you entirely.

That 12 for 1 offer may not represent the spectacular validation of TMT superiority (I know this has been sought by some here for years), but it is the ‘bird in the hand !
And the offer as it is is considered not only to be reasonable by the independent expert, but also IN THE BEST INTEREST OF SHAREHOLDERS.

To repeat myself; I know for a fact that AVL price was run down due to significant selling by at least one departed director, and I think when Ian spoke today about increased liquidity in a merged project he was right.
The advantage (if there is one) to AVL price remaining low right now is that potentially if the merger goes through and funding is quickly announced (along with anything else), it could spring back hard despite the extra weight of shares.
That’s my hope anyway .
