    the only issue I have is someone with equal holdings on both sides being completely removed from it.

    they don’t have a favourite child but it also doesn’t bother them a couple of shares each way. If TMT get shafted their AVL hand is up big, or vice versa.

    Im certain an improved offer will come before the vote. As Money of Mine pointed out for a 25% no vote threshold with 17% declared no you need a massive turnout.

    Assuming all 17% don’t change their mind, and all turn up and vote no (reasonable assumption as most hold $50k+), greater than 68% of the register would have to show up, with 51% of the register voting yes. Now yes they already have 26% plus you guys on HC but I just can’t see it happening until they get that no vote below 10%.

    you essentially need to find another 25% of the register to
    show up and vote yes, with every 1 no vote countered by 3 yes votes after that.
