If this looks like it won’t get over the line I wonder if they will consider doing a CR to only the board and instos that are in favour of the scheme. This would dilute the exisiting NO vote and increase the % held for the YES. Horribly sneaky and unfair but it’s possible I believe.

I don’t know why they don’t simply increase the offer to TMT holders to 50% and get everyone on board. Well maybe not everyone but I’m sure it would seem a bit fairer. Not the value for the company we believe it’s worth but this infighting isn’t helping any of us at all. Bloody mess and a disappointment.
