3..Why did the Yarrabubba issues surfacenow re tenements surrounding TMT tenements

It was all going swimmingly until some unsophisticated illiterate bums said they didn't like our cunning plan. So we blew 'em a big raspberry and tore up the access agreement!
When we merge, we will tape it back up!

4..How long will the project be delayed if merge is approved ie...when would we envisage getting into production

We will definitely, possibly, kinda have it all done at some point. And produce stuff too!
