I think you are on the money mate.  Even the back of the envelope conservative view point looks pretty reasonable to me for a mid to long term investment.  Day traders won't like you view point as their focus is, by its nature, much more short term.

PE of 5 to 10 not unreasonable
Allocation and amount of capital required to be raised to execute the project not unreasonable
net income estimate not unreasonable 

I certainly would not describe your posts as down ramping in the slightest.
