I don't think market cap will be an issue for financing as they , and many other stocks that have raw materials that china is aggressively locking in , will partner with a Chinese take out who will provide equity and debt to build the plants and secure the material they desperately need. Market cap will then follow significantly higher - Disallowed in a couple years
