The company issues shares in return for $$ to the interested party. The lower the % of equity we need to issue for finance of the capex the more bags long term holders get (in general terms) and interest being manageable.
The rookie's point is a good one though - none of this finance is likely happening until a DFS so we have some time to get the SP up to the $200 million level and beyond hopefuly. If we get an offtake this year it should see the SP rocket.
