yes IP had a lot to get thru but only had 14 mins key take aways for me (beside KFC and HJ) I got the feeling he was containing himself from expressing too much excitement..but when you watch the reply you can make your own call

1..EPD should be submitted by end next week
2..ITE ready within 3 to 4 weeks
3..FID will follow quickly for items 1 and 2
4..Financing discussions well advanced
