So that no-one gets confused by our intermittent troll....and after a good chat with Ian at the Sydney Mining Conference in May...The lodgement of the ERD is the final version after multiple iterations over the last few years with responses/plans to multiple questions and feedback given to TMT by the EPA and lodged in conjunction with Traditional Owner engagement.....this extra layer was only introduced late last year....As you saw in the quarterly both the EPA and TO's were on site and you can reasonably assume an ERD that has all that is required for all stakeholders is being lodged.....my understanding is that it goes now to a public notice/viewing period ahead of final approval

Last update was 8 July 2022 with WA approvals. They've been sitting on their hands for approval for over a year, I wonder why?
