I think your statement about “Theoretical maximum timeline” should be “minimum” instead, I doubt EPA can move fast.

Looking into current submission and the presentation, at 14:42, he said they’re looking into submitting Environmental Review Document. So in the table, TMT is currently at “Proponent submits revised draft Environmental Review Document”.

Just as a bit of context, one of the companies I’m holding is currently attempting to get EPA approval, so been looking into the process quite a bit myself.
