I don't know about all parties, but my newly acquired AVL shares were available in my account today and I could have sold, so i'm guessing that goes for most TMT shareholders...
If there was going to be an instant asap sell-off, plenty had their chance today yet SP finished up a point. And on a day with red across the board. Maybe any TMT shareholders left still want to see this succeed or at least waiting for a bigger return.
Any way you look at it though, no mass exit today is a big win and one less thing to worry about given it was a real possibility.
