Correct ZZ. All aspects of WA “public service” (that includes you City of Busselton!) is a debacle currently. I’m struggling to think of one that is efficient/timely/responsive etc.

Yet our esteemed leadership keeps rabbiting on about WA being open for business. EPA in particular are slow beyond belief and if they act like other public service departments in this State, if you even ask a delicate question about timelines you can be guaranteed your application goes to the bottom of the pile.
