I really hope, when (if) permits get done, the PR from TMT drastically improves.
Be wonderful if we get EPA next month, but won't do the SP any good if nobody knows or cares about it.
I mentioned before, that I find it staggering that the 2 brokers employed to do the recent CR haven't been spruiking it to retail 24/7 - especially as it was 'over-subscribed'
