RCF...won't flip and will stay the journey (destination still unknown either into production or M and A)
Top 20 will hold (and those who sit just outside will hold)
Part of the raise could go as a "deposit" of good faith on heritage/title agreements
Deposits to be paid to key contractors
This raise allows us to "hit the ground running" once EPA gets through
