    If you think the SP will take off due to synergies, then surely you would be willing to increase the 12:1 currently offered.

    If you're not willing to improve the offer, then you have to be okay with going it alone. Because TMT shareholders are.

    The deal is not happening at 12:1 and I think you need to accept that.
