Hi Yunisa, I was just quoting directly from the ASX announcement:
I don't have any experience in geology or mining so can't comment on how long it might take for TMZ to become a silver producer. If anyone has any thoughts I would also be interested.
I have no doubt though that the above statement by the TMZ Executive Chairman is one of serious intent, and I think that they have a good chance of following through. This acquisition is a truly exciting one for TMZ:
- two projects with excellent grades, a defined resource and historic high grade silver production
- the vendor company is coming on board - SVL will own 19% of TMZ and the MD of the SVL is joining the Board
- a successful $6m capital raising.
Do your own research everyone though.
First step is to finalise the acquisition with a stated completion date of 30 November 2020.
I've just been enjoying the ride over the last few days while trying to keep a cool head. Haven't sold any yet and not even thinking about it.
