I wasn't sure if the comments about the need for further capital were accurate or speculation, but upon review it appears that they are warranted and are likely a key contributor to the SP and lack of buyers.
Following the previous $24M raising they were forecasting $16M remaining cash to Nov 24. However, this position included revenue of $22M, which I assume will be much closer to $0. That leaves -$6M plus whatever else is required to reach profitability.
