The ‘elephant’ is that a couple of entities are named suspiciously close to large credible organisations. Millinium Capital Managers (the mispelling of Millenium is registered with ASIC btw - I checked the history on that one, that company has had a long list of name changes going back years). They are custodians for ‘MP Materials and Mining Group Fund’ which is not Mountain Pass Materials (MP Materials). Seems all a little dodgy to me.
